EyeDropShop accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. We also accept Pay and Google Pay.
All orders placed on the site are encrypted. That means your credit card information is safe and secure throughout the transaction.
Can I use multiple promo codes on one order?
Only one promo code can be used per order. Sorry!

How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays.

You'll save 5% on every product!
How do I cancel or skip my subscription?
Canceling is simple. Just log into your account, click on "manage subscription" and then click "cancel". Confirm your choice and that's it!
You also have the choice to skip or delay your next order.
Shipping & Returns
How can I get Free Shipping?
Free shipping is available on orders over $99 (before taxes).
The following conditions apply:
- Delivery method is standard ground shipping
- It cannot be combined with another promo code
- This promotion is valid in all provinces of Canada
When will my order ship?
Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days of receipt. Orders ship Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays.
What is your Return Policy?
You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase.
To initiate a return, simply contact our Customer Happiness team at info@eyedropshop.com.
Please note:
- Returns must be requested and approved before items are sent back.
- Return shipping fees will apply.
- Items must be in original packaging and condition. We are unable to offer returns on opened or used products.
- Products purchased from other retailers are not eligible for return.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
I received the wrong items.
If we sent you the wrong product(s), just send us a photo of what you received. We’ll ship the correct item(s) right away and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect ones.
My items arrived damaged!
If your order arrived damaged, email us with aphoto of the damage within 30 days of delivery. We’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
