Important Shipping Update – Canada Post National Strike
The Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) has launched a national strike, resulting in an immediate shutdown of Canada Post operations. This means that mail and parcels will not be processed or delivered during the strike, and some post offices will remain closed until further notice.
What this means for your orders
-
Parcels already in transit with Canada Post: We are actively monitoring these shipments. If your package is stuck in the postal network, we’ll take care of it and ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible once service resumes—or we’ll work with you directly to find a solution.
-
New orders: To keep your deliveries moving, we are now using Purolator, FedEx, Intelcom/Dragonfly, and other reliable carriers for most shipments.
-
PO Boxes & rural addresses: These may still experience delays, as Canada Post is the primary service provider for those locations.
Important reminder for apartment and condo deliveries
If you live in a condo or apartment building, please ensure your buzzer number is included in your shipping address. This will help alternate carriers complete your delivery without delay.
